Doctor Shabeerah Gordon. Was born in Trinidad and Tobago. And migrate to the United States of America as a child. She holds a first degree in Bachelor of Science. A degree in General Chemistry, a degree in Sports Medicine. A degree in Corrective Exercise as well as a Doctor’s degree in Sports medicine degree. She is the CEO and founder of Nettie Hands of Comfort Rehabilitation Clinic. In Trinidad and Tobago. She travels through The Caribbean as well as the United States of America. Where she has been practicing sports and medicine for the last 15 years. Doctor Gordon is a recipient of several awards, with the most cherished one being an achievement award, which was presented by the city cooperation of San Fernando General Hospital during the COVID-19 period of 2020 to 2022. Doctor Gordon is a fellow of the American Academy of NASM SMPA, and APFS.

I have experience working with those who struggle with Pain Management, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. My primary therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy However, I work collaboratively with my clients to provide the most effective interventions possible based on their needs.
